Return & Exchange Policy

Free returns and easy exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and all original packaging is intact.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, less all shipping charges. All purchases made through a participating ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

 

How to return an online order?

 

Use the prepaid return shipping label received in the shipment to return orders. If your order did not include a prepaid return label, please contact Customer Service and one will be provided to you.

Include the completed Return Authorization form that was included in the package indicating a refund request.

Please affix the prepaid return shipping label over the original label and drop off the package(s) at any drop-off point for the designated carrier. Please make note of the tracking number for your reference. Do not combine multiple orders in one return.  This will create a delay in processing your return.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing a refund. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed. It may take up to 3-4 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds are only available via return shipment to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc and ECCO stores only. Please use our store locator to find the nearest ECCO store.
