Free returns and easy exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, less all shipping charges. At this time, ca.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through a participating ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.
Online orders may be returned to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc. for exchange or refund within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and all original packaging is intact. Items may be returned to any ECCO retail store* in Canada for exchange or store credit if accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refunds are only available via return shipment to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc.
Orders shipped from our warehouse will include a prepaid return shipping label. If your order did not include a prepaid return label, please contact Customer Service and one will be provided to you. Include the completed Return Authorization form, a copy of the original invoice or Delivery Note indicating the item(s) being returned and your desired size for exchange or refund request.
Please affix the prepaid return shipping label over the original label and call the designated carrier for pick up, or drop off the package(s) at any drop-off point for the designated carrier. Please include a copy of the original invoice or Delivery Note indicating the item(s) being returned.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of refunds. Customers will receive email notification once the refund has been completed.
