When you choose to shop online and pick up in-store, you get the convenience and flexibility of choosing when, where, and how you want to receive your new ECCO shoes. Plus, with in-store pick up, you'll never pay for shipping costs.

What is Buy Online, Pick Up In Store and how does it work?

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store is a convenient way for you to purchase items on our website and pick them up at an ECCO store near you.


Is In-Store Pick Up available at all ECCO stores?

Shop ca.ecco.com and add products to your shopping cart. At checkout, select Pick Up In Store to find a preferred store near you. As soon as your order is ready you will be notified and able to pick it up.

* Please note select store locations do not yet feature in-store pickup: Wellington Street Outlet, Cookstown Tanger Outlet and Square One. In-store pick up at these locations will be available soon. Watch for updates!


How much does In-Store Pick Up or delivery cost?

ECCO Pick Up In Store is always free.


When will my credit card be charged?

After you place your order, your card will be authorized for the total order amount. When your order is picked up, the transaction will be finalized and your credit card will be charged.


Can I use a Gift Card as a form of payment for my Buy Online, Pick Up In Store purchase?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method on our website. You are welcome to use our ECCO Gift Card in our physical stores.



What is the minimum order value for Pick Up In Store?

At ECCO, we do not require a minimum order value for In-store Pick Up.


Online vs. in-store prices and price matching.

At ECCO, our prices on ca.ecco.com are the same as they are in-store. This excludes any exclusive online or in-store promotions which we may offer from time to time. Also, we do not offer price matching with any external partners.


How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?

ECCO will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for Pick Up.


How long will I have to pick up my order in-store?

ECCO will hold your order up to 14 days from the time you are notified via email that your order is ready for pick up. If you do not pick your order up within the 14-day period, your order will be canceled automatically. You will receive an order cancellation email.


What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

To pick up your order, present your email notification that your order is ready for pick up and government-issued photo ID.


Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

During check out you can designate alternate pick person. This individual will need to present the email notification that the order is ready for pick up and a government-issued photo ID.


Can I change my pick up store or delivery address after I placed my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please be sure to double check your information before placing your order.


Can I cancel my pick up order?
