Accessibility of Goods & Services

We encourage feedback especially in regard to the delivery of customer service to persons with accessibility needs. ECCO Canada will investigate and respond to all complaints relating to such services as soon as we are able. All ECCO customers should be able to leave feedback online, in person, in stores, by telephone, or by mail. Feedback can be provided directly to Customer Service at eccocanada@ecco.com.
