Warranty Policy

ECCO’s One-Year Limited Warranty applies solely to ECCO products purchased at our website, ca.ecco.com, or from authorized ECCO retailers. The One-Year Limited Warranty is void if purchased from an unauthorized dealer. If the shoes submitted for warranty evaluation do not meet our warranty requirements for approval, ECCO will NOT return the shoes back.

ECCO reserves the right to evaluate any shoe for determination for warranty coverage. If the shoe is deemed defective by an ECCO representative, photos to prove the shoes have been destroyed on that date will be required. If the shoe is deemed defective and the destroyed photos have been supplied you will receive a credit voucher. A credit voucher may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions and is only applicable on ca.ecco.com. If the shoes are not deemed defective they will not qualify for the warranty program. All ECCO warranty decisions are final.

    • ECCO reserves the right to deny any warranty claims due to habitual abuse.

    • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the full warranty evaluation process
