If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your ca.ecco.com purchase. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a return and a refund.
We can only issue a refund to the credit, debit card or PayPal Account used for the purchase. We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. All ca.ecco.com returns must be sent back using your returns label that was included in your original shipment. If you do not have this, Click here to print the PDF form and be sure to include your ECCO order number. At this time, ca.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website.
All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

Yes, ECCO has a 1-year limited warranty that all of our products are free from any manufacturing or material defects. But this isn't a guarantee against wear and tear. If you have any questions about a product you bought at ca.ecco.com please contact us.
