How can I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid, minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment, along with the receipt from your ca.ecco.com purchase. Items must be unused and unworn to be eligible for a return and refund.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit or debit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase. We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn, and the item will be sent back to you. Please include a copy of the return authorization form indicating that you are requesting a refund. If you do not have this form, please click here to print the PDF and be sure to include your ECCO order number. At this time, ca.ecco.com can only accept returns for purchases made through our website.

All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.
