If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be unused and unworn to be eligible for a refund. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
We make every effort to process returns quickly. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. You will receive an email confirming your credit.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar- or percentage-off promotion, a prorated portion of the purchase price will be refunded unless all qualifying items are returned.
At this time, ca.ecco.com can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or ECCO retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase. Returns at ECCO-owned and -operated stores are limited to 2 pairs per customer per day.
Returns on socks are only accepted if the socks are unworn and the package is unopened.
ECCO MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN VIOLATION OF ECCO POLICIES, INCLUDING ECCO'S NO RESALE POLICY. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR RESALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.
Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment.
We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn, and the item will be sent back to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please include a copy of the Return Authorization form indicating that you are requesting a refund.
If you do not have this form, please click here to print the PDF and be sure to include your ECCO order number.
Please affix the return form and drop off the package(s) at any drop-off location for the designated carrier. Make note of the tracking number for your reference. Do not combine multiple orders in one return, as this may delay processing.
Please allow 10–14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the refund is complete. It may take an additional 3–4 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds are only available via return shipment to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc. or at ECCO stores. Please use our store locator to find the nearest ECCO store.
