Extended Seasonal Returns

We want you to shop with confidence this season. That’s why we’re extending our return window to give you extra time.

• Purchases made between October 1 and December 31, 2025 can be returned within 90 days of purchase.

• Starting January 1, 2026, our standard 30-day return policy will apply again.

This means whether you’re shopping for fall or getting a head start on holiday gifts, you’ll have plenty of time to make returns if needed.

For orders placed on or after August 11, 2025, a free return shipping label will be included in the box to make returns easy.

• You can return items purchased on ca.ecco.com within 30 days of the original shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Items must be unused and unworn to qualify for a refund. Socks must be unopened and unworn.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Returns from promotional purchases (e.g., 10% off $250, Buy More Save More) will be refunded pro-rated unless all qualifying items are returned.

• Returns are accepted only for online purchases made via ca.ecco.com. Purchases made in ECCO retail stores or other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

• ECCO reserves the right to refuse returns for products purchased in violation of its policies, including resale purchases.

• If returned items are damaged or worn, ECCO will contact you and return the items without refund.

• For orders placed on or after August 11, 2025, a free return shipping label will be included in the box to make returns easy.

• To return, include a copy of the Return Authorization form with your package. If you don’t have the form, print it here and include your ECCO order number.

• Drop off your package at the carrier location using the prepaid label. Do not combine multiple orders in one return to avoid delays.

• Allow 10–14 business days for refund processing after the return is received; you’ll receive an email confirmation. It may take an additional 3–4 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Refunds are available only via return shipment to ECCO Shoes Canada Inc. or at ECCO retail stores. Use our store locator to find the nearest store.
